-“Doing away with the causes that make the inconstant and fickle wander among worldly objects, he should devote his mind to the Self alone.’’

WHERE IT ALL BEGIN?

Since 2015, Vyanjana Art & Culture Society has been working with a simple belief—that our inner well-being is deeply connected to our cultural roots. For us, mental wellness has never been something separate; it has always been a natural part of what we do. Through Nada Yog, Hatha Yog, and the wisdom of the Bhagawad Gita, we try to help people slow down, pause, and reconnect with themselves in the middle of everyday chaos.

What started as a small, local effort slowly became something much more meaningful during the COVID-19 pandemic. When everything came to a halt and people felt isolated, our online sessions turned into a space where individuals could feel connected again. By coming together almost every third day, we created a sense of routine, comfort, and positivity during a very uncertain time.

And somewhere along the way, this journey grew beyond just a group—it became a community. Today, Vyanjana is a space where people come to find clarity, strength, and a sense of balance. It’s a reminder that even today, our traditions and cultural practices still have the power to support and heal us.

OUR JOURNEY IN NUMBERS

Experts: Crafting the Results

Dr. Madhu Rani Shukla

Dr. Madhu Rani Shukla has been working for over three decades in the field of music, exploring how sound connects deeply with our mind and emotions. She holds a Ph.D. in Music from Banaras Hindu University, and her work focuses on understanding Naad (sound) not just as music, but as something that can actually help bring calmness and balance in our lives.

Through Vyanjana Art & Culture Society, she has been creating spaces where people can experience practices like Naad Yog, Rag Dhyan, and even simple reflections on the Bhagavad Gita in a very relatable way. Her sessions are not about complicated learning—they’re more about slowing down, taking a pause, and giving yourself that time to reconnect, especially when life starts feeling overwhelming.

And over time, this has really made a difference. People who’ve been part of these sessions often feel more relaxed, clearer in their thoughts, and more emotionally balanced. Through music and traditional practices, she has helped many individuals manage stress and find a sense of stability within themselves.

Prashant Anand Tripathi

Prashant Anand Tripathi is the Founder of Yoga Shastri and someone who has been deeply connected with Yogic sciences and Indian philosophy for over nine years. With a B.Sc. in Yogic Science as his highest qualification, along with certifications from the Yoga Certification Board (Ministry of AYUSH) and NSDC, his work is focused on helping people find mental clarity, discipline, and inner balance through simple yet powerful traditional practices like Hath Yog and the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita.

Over the years, he has conducted more than 100 workshops and retreats, working with different groups of people through thoughtfully designed programs like Know Your Capabilities, How to Receive Education, Stress Simplified, Yoga Retreats, and Aahar in Yogic Perspective. In his sessions, he explains things in a very practical way—for example, how food is not just about filling the stomach, but actually shapes both our body and mind, and why when, how, and how much we eat really matters. Each program is designed keeping in mind the real challenges people face—whether it’s students struggling to learn effectively, youth dealing with self-doubt, or professionals managing everyday stress.

Through these efforts, he has reached more than 2500 people, helping them feel more focused, less stressed, and more balanced in their daily lives. His approach is simple—combine yoga, philosophy, and mindful habits in a way that actually fits into real life, so that people can understand themselves better and build emotional strength over time.

WHERE WE CREATE IMPACT

Nada Yoga uses sound and vibration as a medium for emotional healing. It helps release stress, enhances inner calm, and allows individuals to connect deeply with themselves through music.

Hatha Yoga focuses on physical discipline and breath control, helping calm the mind and reduce stress. It improves focus, builds inner stability, and creates a balance between body and mind.

The teachings of the Bhagawad Gita provide clarity in times of confusion and stress. They help individuals develop a balanced mindset, emotional strength, and a deeper understanding of life.
